Evidence are Enough To File A Case Against Sen. De Lima, Sen. Panfilo Lacson says

Senator Panfilo Lacson is confident that the evidences presented by the witnesses against Senator Leila De Lima are convincing enough to file a case against her.
He even checked every one of the affidavits that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has exhibited yesterday amid the Senate hearing.
Lacson said:
“I took special notice of the narrations of NBI agent Jovencio Ablen Jr. and Rafael Ragos, not to mention those of Colangco, Magleo, and the other high-profile inmates. My own assessment of the evidentiary value of those affidavits, and I could fairly conclude based on some verified and verifiable facts that those allegations are credible enough”

Lacson is alluding to the Republic Act 9165 or otherwise called the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, where it says that the government might lead a serious crusade against trafficking and use of illegal drugs and other comparable substances.
