Aguirre: Bilibid drug trade may have gone 'above' De Lima

MANILA – The illegal drug trade inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) may have involved government officials “above” former Justice Secretary and now Senator Leila de Lima, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre said Monday.

Ayon kay Justice Sec. Aguirre, posibleng may matataas pang opisyal ng gobyerno ang dawit sa pagpasok ng ilegal na droga sa Bilibid. "Pero sa ngayon po ay premature pa iyan sapagkat ang aming imbestigasyon ay patuloy pa.”
