A cigarette vendor from ParaƱaque City won the Sept. 14 Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot worth P61.3 million.
According to Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Alexander Balutan, the 52-year-old father of three used a combination of his cellphone number for his P40 bet.
The winning numbers were 08-09-16-19-31-41.
The winner has been playing lotto for two years already.
He said he will use his prize to buy a house and lot for his family. Part of his winnings will also be invested for a business and saved for his childrenās future.
