The Department of Justice vehemently denied admitting high profile inmate Jaybee Sebastian into the Witness Protection Program.
This, after Jaybee Sebastian’s lawyer, Atty. Eduardo Arriba, reportedly stated that his client is now under government protection.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre previously said they don’t believe everything about Sebastian’s testimony even though they agree with his allegation that former justice secretary Leila de Lima was his protector in selling illegal drugs inside the Bilibid.
Last Tuesday, de Lima and Sebastian were among the eight respondents charged with drug trafficking in relation to the Bilibid drugs trade.
